Think both ... : /Another forum said that the services cannot be activated with the wrong time zone ... that made me think so ...
It doesn't matter now ... I'm glad I dared, even if it took a lot of nerves ?
Hello gentleman4ever,
Sorry for writing in English (I'm from Italy):
I followed your very same steps:
- Deleted car profile in MyToyota web portal;
- Deleted personal data from CY17 multimedia system;
- Fixed the timezone in CY17 multimedia system;
- Re-registered car VIN on MyToyota web portal;
- Re-registered CY17 multimedia system's ID on MyToyota web portal (the new ID, with the last digit incremented by 1);
- Configured my.toyota.eu login and password in CY17 multimedia system;
- Re-activated Toyota Connected Services from MyT app.
However, I still get the same "server not available" and "error 4122" as before. Is there something I'm missing?
I performed the updated following the USB pendrive order:
- Run USB1 preparation tasks;
- Run USB2 MEU update;
- Run USB3 in-place system upgrade;
- Updated DCU from 1023 to 1075 and MEU from 1120 to 1140.
Should I have plugged USB1 back after USB3 update completed successfully?
Thank you in advance. Any help would be very appreciated.
Luigi
